Returns & Refunds

The Zona Co. does not currently accept returns.
If by chance, your item was lost/damaged during transit, please reach out to us at support@thezonaco.com. We will make sure to file a claim and process a replacement candle for you asap!
Please be aware that if your package is returned to us for any reason:
~ Option 1: You will be responsible for the cost to reship your package. We will send you an email with the invoice.
~ Option 2: You choose to receive a refund instead of having your order resent. In this instance, you will receive a refund for the cost of the candles only. We are unable to refund shipping costs for packages returned to us.
Due to temperature changes in transit, frosting or spotting may occur. While we cannot control mother nature, have no fear, this is purely aesthetic and will not affect the effectiveness of your candle! Due to the natural quality of our ingredients and the elements that are out of our control, we are unable to replace any frosted/spotted candles as they are still fantastically functional, slow-burning, delicious-smelling beauties.
  • Did you know our candles make the PERFECT gifts? Whether it is a gift for a friend, a "thank you" gift for a client, an appreciation gift for your favorite teachers and healthcare workers, you can never go wrong gifting these little bundles of joy and happiness. If you ever happen to order a candle that is not your personal forte, consider gifting it! We know it can be difficult to order scents online without smelling them.
