Unfortunately, The Zona Co. does not currently accept returns.
If by chance, your item was lost/damaged during transit, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We will make sure to file a claim and process a replacement candle for you asap!
Please be aware that if your package is returned to us for any reason:
~ Option 1: You will be responsible for the cost to reship your package. We will send you an email with the invoice.
~ Option 2: You choose to receive a refund instead of having your order resent. In this instance, you will receive a refund for the cost of the candles only. We are unable to refund shipping costs for packages returned to us.
